Have been with Octopus since Feb 25. The electricity account went across without any problem (surprising as Eon had not billed me for 9 months and has been taken to the energy ombudsman). Gas took a few weeks to come over. The communication between Octopus (thanks Salim) and me has been great with all the updates.
