Called Octopus, my call was answered by Ross in a matter of a few seconds. I have a fixed rate tariff on both gas and electricity. I wanted to know if there was a cheaper tariff available. Ross looked for me and said that there was a slightly cheaper gas tariff. So he put us on this slightly cheaper tariff and everything was done and dusted within a couple of minutes. Super efficient.
