Octopus were recommended to me. I spoke to Dexter today. He made everything so easy. He listened and picked up all the details immediately so I could switch to you. He was so friendly, polite and knowledgable. He did exactly what he said he would do. I have had such terrible experiences with customer care before. I was sceptical about transferring over.
