No sooner has the holding music begun than Jay answered the call. I am moving house so needed to alert Octopus about my date for leaving my present address and the new address where I wish to start my new octopus account.
I expected a lengthy and complex call but in just over 4 minutes my request was dealt with and I have had emails to confirm the details.
This is great customer service and, as I said to Jay, the commercials I hear on Classic FM regularly are proved to be true
