Hi, Soon after I joined, I received a message from Toni as my smart meter was not working asking me a few questions about the location of my meters and smart meter which I answered with pics with timely replies back and forth with the conclusion my smart meter needed changing that was promptly organised. Well, in the space of a week, Toni managed to solve my issues and she did more in that time that UW after 2 years!
