I’ve never experienced customer service like it from an energy company! Nothing was too much for Salim from The Octopus Energy team. Calm, patient and extremely helpful when answering all my questions. This is the second time I have phoned and both times I have had excellent customer service. Currently we are staying with Octopus because of their excellent company ethos and outstanding customer service!
