Today I called and spoke with Sammy. I was concerned as my account was so much in credit in such a short space of time. I have smart meters, but unfortunately the readings from one are not getting through. She asked me to take a photo of said meter and sent me an email to attach this to for review. The whole process was so simple as I struggle to read these meters without the aid of a video for guidance. It would be lovely if there was still some credit on my account after it is brought up to date. Sammy was so warm and friendly on the call. She listened to my issues and helped in a very professional and courteous manner. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Thank you Sammy
