Called today to re-join Octopus. My call was answered quickly. Zaid was very welcoming from the start, there was a slight issue which he dealt with immediately, he talked me through the process from the start in a manner that was very understandable by me - no use of jargon, just plain and simple English. He assisted me in discontinuing my account with my current provider, making the whole experience stress free. Zaid also showed his human/humorous side, which reduced any stress that I had.
