I have been with Octopus for many years and I spoke with Ben today to take up a new fixed rate offer to start on 25/8 when my current fix ends. All very easy and straightforward as usual with the best customer services in the sector. However when I received the confirmation email the start date for my new fix is stated as 7/7 and not 25/8 please confirm it is the latter.
