My conversation with Tom was helpful and positive. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would have scored a five but for the background noise (not Toms fault) . Having managed large contact centres myself I would suggest that a noise review is undertaken considering how the workstations are positioned and how the call can be quieter in terms of background noise.
