Switching to Octopus Energy was very simple to do. I got on the phone with one of their customer support team, Kainaat, who was very quick to help and rather understanding.
They even recommended the referral scheme for bonus rewards when switching, which I was otherwise not aware of, and also sent over an email to make sure I had the information I needed about how to proceed with said scheme.
Overall, exceptional service and would highly recommend Octopus Energy support. Maybe ask for Kainaat in particular! :)
