As technology doesn't understand me I rang the Octopus help number which unlike many companies was easy to find. Got through to Emily within about 20 seconds and she was simply superb in answering not only my questions but in giving clear & concise advice & guidance about how I change my tariff to flux. The flux email came within a few minutes of the end of our call with Emily saying if I have further difficulties then please call back. Delighted with the customer service I received. Thank you.
