I have only been with Octopus for 2 months, but whenever I have contacted them they have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
They fitted both gas and electricity smart meters on the agreed day and I am in the process of switching to an export tariff - the timescales for that are more than I would like but there several parties involved in doing that.
