I spoke with Grace this afternoon and i tell you she is such a wonderful person and a very good customer service was rendered to me as well.
Grace explained every bit of the service and how it works in a respectful manner, her communication skill was so good during our interaction and i am very happy to join octopus energy because of the inpression i got from Grace today because first inpression they say matters.
