Molly was superb. She answered the phone politely and clearly. Molly was happy to answer my dumb questions and she showed empathetic understanding of my inability to understand solar energy. She put my mind at rest when I asked about radiation fallout from smart meters. Molly was the first and only person whose confidence enabled me to believe in what she was explaining. Molly is a professional, friendly, down-to-earth Advisor and, I'm guessing, one of your best employees who gives their own personal, emotional energy to their customers. It's difficult being a call centre operator because you never know who's going to be on the other end of the phone, you don't know what sort of person is going to ask you questions and you never know if a call will turn negatively so, please accept my feedback as a 100% positive review for Molly.
