Customer Service agent Leila H performed excellent. She sorted out my account billing promptly as my meter was replaced with a new up to date version SMETS2. Readings now seem more reliable rather than receiving estimated bills in the past. This allowed me to budget easier. Leila H also progressed my IHD and followed up by sending it to me and then emailed me to say that the new meter has now pulled my data across to my account with an up to date billing. If all customer service agents who works like this will be most welcomed. Overall, great customer service from Leila H.
