I spoke with Thomas regarding switching to Octopus from another supplier. I wanted to switch for both gas and electricity (with EV charging). Thomas was very engaged, professional and helpful in guiding me to the right tarrifs for my needs and detailing what the switching process entailed. Even took the trouble to guide me on how to take readings from my smart meters which I had never had reason to do previously. The proof is always in the eating but Thomas left me confident that the switch to Octopus would be smooth and successful. All round excellent experience with him.
