I decided to change to Octopus after many years with another supplier. Like many people it is not something one does regularly so it was with intrepidation that I rang to discuss my concerns. I spoke to a charming man called Owen who put my mind at rest and talked me through the whole process, which was conducted clearly and very efficiently. He was extremely patient and helped me understand the processes including my solar panel exports. I was very impressed and hope this is the beginning of a long association.
