I switched to Octopus today and did it all by phone - no irritating online questionnaire and unanswerable questions. The tariffs were explained straightforwardly, all my questions were answered clearly and the switch from my current supplier will happen in two days without me having to do anything, apart from a manual meter reading when prompted to check against my current supplier's reading. Thank you Tom, I've been putting this off for ages, but it was so straightforward!
