We had been recommended to look at Octopus Energy, and now we find that you already serve the house that we are moving to shortly. I contacted your Customer Service by telephone and spoke to Tom who was able to help me set up an account. I agree with Octopus Energy's ideals. I have only given you four stars simply because I was unable to see what tariffs were available and thus choose one, but I am sure that Tom will sort that out too before we move next week.
