Well I just joined octopus and needed a little help. First the phone was answered almost immediately which shocked me after usually being on hold for ages with my last supplier. Lucy was kind, happy, understanding and so helpful. Issue resolved in 5 minutes.
Well what can I say only … it’s true what you hear on their adverts ! Believe the hype !
