I decided to make the switch to Octopus energy after being unhappy with the service I received from my current energy supplier. I spoke with Tom, who guided me through the process with calm professionalism, taking time to explain the process, and answering the many questions I had. Tom reassured me that I was in control of my account, and I could change tariffs and payments via the App. I feel that I am appreciated as a customer, and look forward to a long relationship.
