This was my first time phoning customer service & I now know why Octopus has such a good reputation. The call was answered so quickly by a real person (Terry S 👍) who was really helpful as well as friendly. My fixed tariff was coming to an end & Terry talked through the options with me, ensuring that I had all the facts & figures to make an informed decision.
