Zaid from the beginning answered the call in the most positive happy and welcoming tone and continued to do so all throughout my 50 minute call. I explained it was my first time living alone so he took the time to thoroughly and slowly explain everything offering me all the appropriate options and guiding me in understanding how electricity works for my complex metering system! He had technical issues a few times as we processed my contract but he did not show any disdain and kept having a very positive and friendly attitude. He never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Zaid is an asset to your customer service team! Give that man a promotion. He’s made me a life long customer of octopus.
