Rang octopus today I was given a payment holiday until August 22nd which gives me breathing space as I'm struggling with my payments at the moment the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding about my current situation plus she was very pleasant to speak to as I'm a 70yr old retired pensioner who lives on his own so I'm very happy and satisfied with the service I've received from octopus energy today thank you again.
