After 6 weeks and many emails it is clear that Customer Services are no help in getting my smart meters fixed. They keep asking for more information and then losing it between Jamie leigh and Hollie. Yesterday an Octopus engineer was with my neighbour fixing his identical meters and confirmed that my meters need the same but of course he needed your authorisation.
