I'm new to using the smart meter and was worried by what I ignorantly thought was my energy consumption overnight. Gemma kindly confirmed that the figure I saw included the standing charge. What a relief as I'd switched everything off overnight to try to identify where the power was going.
Gemma was professional and charming, I couldn't ask for more from a customer service point of view. Now the standing charge ..... ooohhh !!!
