Having previously been a customer of Octopus Energy (to my shame I foolishly left them in 2018!) I was relieved to find their helping hands as good as ever and Hassan led me through the transfer process in a most helpful manner. I truly feel relieved that I am back "in the fold"! Thank you Hassan!
