The issue with my Smart Meter was not easy to solve and took longer time wise than I hoped for both Octopus and myself. However, persistence on both sides finally resolved the problem. I can now monitor my usage, which is so important these days.
I was not let down by Octopus and they were as anxious to solve the problem as I was. Thanks to Leila H. and others, all is well.
