I asked Sidra if I could change to a pay as you go meter and within seconds she had shown her confidence, her excellent ( what we used to call ) bedside manner and knowledge of her job. To date she is the best call centre operator I’ve ever talked to and I’m 65 years old. She is patient, reassuring, confident and very pleasant to deal with. Octopus are very lucky to have her working for them.
