Contacted Octopus because my energy company were stressing me out. Unable to speak to a human being as everything was done through email which they never replied to. Got Tom on the phone at Octopus who sorted me out in 10 minutes. Switch was easy, they do it all, Tom was a lovely bloke, easy to talk to and explained everything. Talking to a person instead of AI makes life so much easier. Thanks Octopus and thanks Tom.
