I contacted Octopus Energy and spoke to Mollie today because I was looking to fine tune an automated quote due to differing personal circumstances (high off-peak electricity usage as part of the total) before switching. I had done quite a lot of research before making contact but after talking to Mollie I was even better informed and learned exactly how the process would work bearing in mind our EV and Solar PV and the exit from my current supplier. She even ensured that by exchanging email addresses we could ask more questions in the time between now and our eventual switch. Please, give that lady a gold star!
