I have just become an Octopus customer having heard such good reports about the company. I spoke to UZAIR today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my concerns and was passionate about his work and company. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to speak to someone, not like the company I am leaving, for that very reason. I look forward to being with Octopus for many years to come. Thankyou
