My phone call was answered very promptly and I was dealt with by a talented individual (not a machine or a bot!) - I received very friendly, courteous and yet professional service from a very polite customer representative called Sam, who managed to resolve a complex issue with great ease and skill. Sam rapidly found a resolution to my issue and managed to conclude matters very smoothly - It is very refreshing when that happens - something I have not experienced for quite a while from the competition - Thank you Sam and Octopus Energy!!
