I have had a very positive experience today, having changed my energy supplier to Octopus. I was nervous about doing so as I have been with my current provider for many years. However Amaan was brilliant. He was very kind, helpful and patient and took me through step by step what would happen. Then he even offered to set my account up for me over the telephone, which was brilliant. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Amaan, and you’ve given me the confidence that the switch over will be seamless.
