Areeba was fantastic. She explained everything very clearly, was very patient and made the whole process of switching very easy. Was all sorted in about 10 minutes and saving around £60 a month compared to my old supplier. For context, when I called my old supplier after my switch, I was on hold for 25 minutes before being passed to a further 2 departments and waiting another 20 minutes.
