I was extremely impressed with Thomas who made things very clear and was very patient and understanding with me. Thomas explained everything to me very clearly and very professionally marrer which I really appreciated. My ex-wife is with octopus and she suggested I used octopus and this is the first time I have contacted them and I am now very happy that I have changed my supplier and if this is the way that octopus treat their customers then I'm going to be very happy with them.
