It’s mine and my partners first flat together so this is all fairly new to us! Aadam was massively helpful in guiding us through the process and providing us with different options best suited for us making us feel really comfortable with choosing Octopus. He was super friendly in general (wishing me luck with my dissertation, general chit chat) which made us feel like we weren’t just on a sales call where they are just trying to push their service.
