Spoke with Kieren today and he was most helpful, got me switched over with very little fuss, even though there were issues with my address. He sorted this and got me switched, offered good advice on the fact we have solar panels and what our options are for tariffs and future possibility for having batteries installed.
Far better experience than my previous supplier who generally ignored what I was saying and read off a script....
