I recently made a terror error in my octopus account , but was SO LUCKY to be helped by Sammy . She went to great lengths to sort out my mistake and has put things right for me. I am eternally grateful to her as the mistake involved money which as we are pensioners in our 70s and 80s and this money which we find difficult to lose.
