I spoke to Emily F yesterday about signing up to a new tariff. She answered the phone quickly, was very pleasant and helpful and sorted everything out for me. I was impressed with her customer service and was delighted with how easy it was, in this day and age, to speak to a real person, especially someone friendly with great customer service skills!
