I'm a customer with octopus for about the past three yeas.
I am very pleased with the customer service and everything that they offer.
I have installed a charger for our electric car and also a heat pump.
by mistake I have switched to a fixed tariff and cancelled my intelligent octopus tariff I have called this morning and Lauren has been absolutely great fixing the issue in only few minutes. she was very pleasant and reassuring throughout the call.
