Mr. Ayobami is an excellent customer representative. He has demonstrated the utmost patience, knowledge on the topic to help resolve my issue. Where he could not complete he has raised a part of my query with the right authority. He has been very patient with me to take me through each stage of the process to switch to EV charging. He did not rush me into it or create any shortcuts. He also helpcorrect a flaw which saved me money. All in all a great customer service experience. Hope to have many more such reps supporting Octopus customers. Thanks!
