I am really thankful to Octopus for their swift resolution and positive and friendly customer service. It was my error with an unpaid bill in between tenancies and some miscommunication about dates but Mark H COV 10 was fantastic - he was so helpful and resolved everything quickly, I cannot recommend him enough.
