I had a query regarding my bill which went from around £600 in credit to around £1000 debit - clearly concerning!
I rang to discuss if this was correct and Tayla took the call. She was professional, empathetic and helpful from the start - a real credit to your Company. When she put me "on hold" to allow her time to investigate it didn't take long. She couldn't resolve the issue but she did say she would email as soon as she had an answer. I was ok with this and she was true to her word and the email arrived within 30 minutes of the call ending - very happy with my overall experience.
