I wear regular glasses. The Ocushield fits right over them. I wear them whenever I watch tv or work on the computer.
I'm 70. I have trouble sleeping. If I wear my Ocushield I find that I sleep longer and don't wake up after 3 hours wide awake (and can't go back to sleep). Even though I wake up a lot, I can go back to sleep fairly quickly.
