I recently purchased the screen shield for my MacBook pro, on the recommendation of a colleague, and have found it very helpful in reducing eyestrain. The temporary stickers to attach it did not work well, and I don't want to attach it permanently, as I will be replacing it shortly, so at present, I just have it resting loosely against the screen, which seems to be ok most of the time. I have just ordered a pair of the spectacles as well. Next day delivery - very impressive.
