The Shield protection has always been amazing. A few years ago, I had an awful experience with delivery. 2 Items were never delivered (computer screen guard and phone screen cover), and Sarah at the time was awful at updating me. I had to keep mailing her. This went on for months. However, I recently changed phones and unfortunately, the item had bubbles within the shield itself, I spoke to Olivia this time, who was amazing and sorted out the fault on a screen cover. I was delivered straight away.
