I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max Anti Blue Light Screen Protector. I love it! It has made such a difference. It allows me to use my phone until I choose to and then still be able to go right to bed. I can tell that it stimulates my brain less and feels better for my head. I believe it has helped lessen my headaches.
