I could tell a difference immediately upon using Ocushield on my laptop. There is no straining energy coming from the computer now. And I do hope it is helping me sleep better at night, but it is hard to qualify that. My only issue is that now my computer screen has a reflective quality which it doesn't normally have. It would be good if they could make a version of the shield without that.
